The crash occurred at the intersection of Bordentown Avenue and Waterworks Road in Sayreville shortly after 4 p.m., according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. The driver and one passenger died on the scene and two more passengers who were suffering serious injuries were rushed to the hospital, officials said.
