Teen seriously injured in motorcycle crash

Campton police said a man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Thursday night. Wade Huke, 18, of Campton crashed on Hodgeman Hill Road near Pegwood Hill Road just before 7 p.m. Investigators said he was not wearing a helmet and that speed appears to be a factor in the crash. Police said Huke failed to negotiate the curve and went off the road down an embankment. Thornton police and New Hampshire State Police were also on the scene.
