On Friday morning at 5:45 a.m. a westbound vehicle on Spring Mountain Road veered into oncoming traffic near Lindell Road, crashing into two other vehicles. Jose Silverio Ordaz, 57, of North Las Vegas, and Annie Cho, 23, of Las Vegas, were killed in the wreck. Cho was driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and collided into a 2014 Ford Transit Connect taxicab driven by Ordaz on Spring Mountain Road, near Lindell Road, according to Las Vegas police. Cho, was traveling westbound on Spring Mountain and veered into oncoming traffic near Lindell, striking the cab and sending both cars crashing into two more vehicles. The drivers of the other two vehicles involved, a 27- and 45-year-old women were not injured. Cho died at University Medical Center. Ordaz was not traveling with any other passengers and died at the scene.
