Lonoke man dead after Nebraska collision, patrol says

The Nebraska State Patrol said the accident occurred about 3:30 p.m. EMERSON, Neb. ' A 52-year-old Arkansas man has died after his pickup collided with a trailer in northeast Nebraska. Wednesday on Nebraska 35 near Emerson. State Trooper Brian Malone said Todd Benjamin, of Lonoke, Ark., was driving the pickup west when it ran into the trailer, which was being pulled by an eastbound sport utility vehicle. Malone said Benjamin's pickup rolled after it struck the trailer.

Three other people involved in the accident were taken to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.
