Lynn Herda, 53, of Maple Grove may have fallen asleep in the back seat of a Ford Taurus that was driven by her husband, who was in his mid-50s, according to Montana Highway Patrol Sgt. Scott Bennett.
The Ford drifted into the median, rolled and came to a rest in the eastbound lane shortly before 5 a.m. Wednesday. Herda, who may have not worn a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene, Bennett said.
