No citations have been issued in the case, Cady said. The woman is not related to the child, but may live in the same apartment complex at 2545 Avenue C.

It was 2:16pm when 21-month-old Wyles was hit by a pickup driven by a 35-year-old woman and died of head-injuries. The woman driving the truck was backing out of a parking space at the Rose Park Apartments, and claims that she could not see the toddler when she was backing out. Toxicology tests are underway, but no citations have been issued as of yet. Check back for updates.

Can I ask you why you don't
Can I ask you why you don't publish the name of the driver and her history of dangerous driving? Fourth Consecutive/Felony DUI and crashing into 3 parked cars in 2008 is a significant piece of this story, wouldn't you agree?
