According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 29-year-old Jamie Dever was driving the VW Beetle south at about 4:22 a.m. on Highway 5, just north of Camdenton, when she crossed the center of the road and crashed into a northbound garbage-collection truck driven by 57-year-old James Fillinger.
