One person was thrown from the four-door car, according to Cape Girardeau Fire Battalion Chief Fred Vincel. Both were taken by Cape Girardeau County Private Ambulance to a hospital, Vincel said.
The car drove off the right side of the roadway, but it was not clear what caused the crash, Vincel said.
