Police identify victim of fatal Interstate 70 accident

Police identified the victim of the fatal three-vehicle accident near Interstate 70 and Adams Dairy Pkwy.

Wanda G Munson, 58, was killed in a collision Monday evening. A vehicle was in the left lane of traffic after colliding with the median barrier. Munson was standing outside of the vehicle when it was hit by another vehicle. The impact caused Munson to be thrown into the right lane where she was hit by a third vehicle. Munson was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
