Pickup truck collides with tractor-trailer near Pelahatchie
The tractor-trailer, driven by Robert D. Rogers Foil, 46, of Alabama, had turned into nexAir Carbonic and the Foil was waiting for the gate to open when a pickup truck driven by John R. Stepp, 58, of Brandon, crashed into the back of the semi-trailer. The pickup kept rolling, leaving behind a trail of debris until it came to rest off the road, near a wooded area.
