Suspect arrested in hit-and-run that seriously injured two at school bus stop
Witnesses at the scene provided police with a description of the vehicle, still heading south on E. Lake Drive, which led them to Milliman, police said.
Milliman, who was also arraigned on a probation violation, is currently lodged in the Ingham County Jail with bond set at $25,000.
