Driver faces a year in jail for crash that killed boy

David Gloden faces four misdemeanor moving violations related to Caleb’s death and the injuries his family suffered. If convicted, Gloden would face up to a year in jail.

 Family members say a balloon release and candlelight vigil are planned for 8 p.m. Wednesday night at McFall Elementary School, in Middleville. They're asking people to wear blue--Caleb's favorite color--and bring blue balloons.

On Saturday near Middleville, 5-year-old Caleb Duley died a driver failed to stop at an intersection and slammed into the car in which he was a passenger. His mother, Amanda Duley, and his 3-month-old brother Gabriel were seriously injured in the crash.
