Granite State man crashes truck into Mass. post office

Authorities continue to investigate the crash, but believe it was the result of a medical episode.

At around 8:40am, an elderly man driving a truck ran into Needham Center Post Office. Responders found the man unresponsive and performed CPR before sending him to the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. No one else was injured.
