Debra Cook-Warren, 41, killed, and three people injured in two-vehicle crash on Highland Road in Lakeville, Massachusetts

A passenger in one of the vehicles, 41-year-old Debra Cook-Warren of Mashpee, had to be extricated from the wreckage by emergency responders. She was later pronounced dead at Morton Hospital in Taunton. Both drivers and another passenger were also taken to Morton Hospital for what police termed “various degrees of injuries.”
