Worcester Man Dies In Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer On Route 495
Troopers and EMS located the operator, Elmer Rivas, 48, of Worcester, who was declared deceased at the scene. The operator of the tractor trailer, a 39-year-old male from Amherst, Nova Scotia, advised of no injuries at the time.
