A woman died and a 3-year-old girl was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident in Prince George's County, Maryland, Monday afternoon.
Mother Thelma Flores killed, 3-year-old daughter, Isavela, critically injured after being struck by SUV in Riverdale
The two victims—Thelma Flores and her 3-year-old daughter, Isavela—were hit on the 5800 block of Riverdale Road, near Kenilworth Avenue, around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
The driver who hit the victims remained at the scene, and the injured child was taken to a nearby hospital.
