Pedestrian struck in downtown Baltimore
A person was struck by a car in downtown Baltimore Wednesday evening.
A special traffic enforccement officer conducting traffic in on Lombard Street was struck down by a car and is now in the hospital and in serious condition. The driver of the car stopped, and is being questioned by police. More information pending.
