Both young men were pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
Henderson tells KLFY-TV that the senior student was scheduled to graduate tonight. The ceremony is set for 6 p.m. in the school's gym.

Iberia Parish School System Superintendent Dale Henderson told the station that one of the boys was an 18-year-old senior at Westgate High School, and his brother was a 16-year-old sophomore in the same school.

The crash happened around 7:00 Wednesday morning at the intersection of East Admiral Doyle and Soutport Boulevard in New Iberia. Both were students at Westgate High School.
Nicholas was 11 hours away from graduation. His class honored and remembered his legacy at commencement.
