Neighbors react to Taylorsville Rd. fatal crash. teen ID'd

According to investigators, 26-year-old Juan Carlos Ortega-Santos was driving northbound on Taylorsville road when he swerved into the bike lane where four children were standing. A 10-year-old girl was pronounced dead on the scene. A 16-year-old girl was taken to Kosair Children's Hospital in critical condition, Tuesday night. She died there Wednesday morning. A third young girl was treated at Kosair for non-life threatening injuries and a fourth child, a little boy, was not injured.
