A Louisville man is facing multiple charges after a car accident on Thursday.
According to the police report, Charles Bridges, 69, was traveling south on 7th Street and ran his vehicle in the opposing lane, striking two other vehicles.
When authorities arrived on the scene, Bridges was on the ground outside his vehicle.
Officers observed that Bridges had glassy eyes and extremely slurred speech. He attempted to stand several times but couldn't due to his level of intoxication, police noted in their arrest report.
When the officer asked Bridges how much he had to drink, he replied, "what do you think? I'm drunk. I had a half pint."
All passengers involved in the collision were taken to various hospitals.
One passenger was a one-month-old baby.
Bridges is facing five charges of second-degree assault, five charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to maintain required insurance.
