Woman airlifted after Anneta Rd crash

One woman was injured when her car overturned on Anneta Road earlier this week.

Woman seriously injured in Anneta Road single-car accident airlifted to hospital

Through the entire ordeal, Goldsmith never lost consciousness and was able to answer questions asked of her by EMS and fire department personnel. She was taken by EMS to the Anneta Fire Department heli-pad where she was transported by Air Evac to a hospital in Louisville.

Tina Goldsmith was driving south on Anneta Road when her vehicle left the right shoulder of the roadway for unknown reasons and overturned in a ditch. The vehicle came to a rest upside down, with Goldsmith's arm stuck underneath its weight. Emergency responders were able to get the car off of her, then transported her to University of Louisville Hospital by medical helicopter for further treatment.
