Names of Oxy Chemical accident victims released
Lt. Lin Dehning said in an email the two are identified as 48-year-old Jeffrey A. Gorden of Wichita and 45-year-old David D. Decker of Rose Hill. The men were working in an elevated bucket of an SBI boom truck and died after a mechanical failure caused the boom to collapse.
