Pickup Crash Kills Salina Driver

Ascher says a passenger in the pickup ran away from the crash, but was found about a mile away more than an hour later.

The Sherriff's department says the pickup lost control around 8:15 p.m. near the Salina airport onSouth Fairchild Drive, between Farrelly and Water Well. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
