The KHP has identified the passengers as an eight-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl. The driver has been identified as Victoria E. Lowry, 25, of Wichita.
Three people hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 50 Wednesday evening near Peabody. The crash, between a semi and a Toyota Corolla, occurred at around 5:40 p.m. Three people in the Corolla were hurt. Two juvenile passengers were taken to Wesley Medical Center, and the driver was flown to Wesley.The driver of the semi truck was not injured. The Toyota was heading westbound when it crossed the center line and collided with the truck.
