Oklahoma Man Dies In Kansas Crash

An Oklahoma man is dead following a crash in northwest Kansas. It happened around 6 p.m. Wednesday on state highway K9 about one mile east of Kirwin in Phillips County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the car was headed westbound when the driver lost control and entered the ditch. Glenn O. Rowell, 70, of Edmond, Oklahoma, was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
