1 killed and 2 seriously injured after a head-on collision with stolen van on U.S. 40 at Miami Gardens Road in Seelyville, Indiana

The passenger of a Mustang was killed, its driver seriously injured when a couple driving a stolen gold van ran into them head-on traveling eastbound on U.S. 40 at Miami Gardens Road just east of Seelyville, Indiana. The driver and passenger of the stolen van ran from the scene of the crash on foot, but both were apprenended. The van driver sustained spine and neck injuries and has been hospitalized, and the passenger is in police custody.
