Name released of fatality in Dubois Co. multiple car accident

Indiana State Police say a near head-on collision happened on State Road 162 north of Ferdinand and 60-year-old Donna Evans of Cannelton died of injuries suffered in the crash.

One killed in multi-vehicle accident north of Ferdinand

A crash Wednesday afternoon north of Ferdinand that killed a Perry County woman and left two Dubois County motorists injured remains under investigation.

Fatal Dubois County Accident

A three vehicle accident claimed the life of a Cannelton woman Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say a pickup with an ATV in the bed crossed the center-line striking Evans' car. Troopers say the ATV then became airborne and crashed thru the windshield of a third vehicle. That driver and the driver of the pickup were both injured and taken to hospitals in Evansville and Jasper.
