Two People Die in Plane Crash Near Idaho/Wyoming Border

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a plane crash around 4:24 Monday afternoon. The crash happened near the Idaho and Wyoming border with Lincoln County and Palisades Reservoir. Emergency personnel located a small airplane with two occupants, both deceased and their bodies were recovered from the scene.

  A senior at East Chapel Hill High School died Monday when the plane she was in crashed near the Idaho-Wyoming border, officials said. KIDK-TV, a CBS affiliate in Idaho Falls, identified the pilot as Reade Genzlinger, 61, of Bryn Athens, Pa. The two were flying in a vintage Yak 52 Russian trainer aircraft and were flying with two other planes at the time, KIDK reported.
