Hit and run arrests spike in Gwinnett

44-year old Carlos Hernandez-Tecata was arrested for driving without a license, Felony Hit and Run, and Felony Vehicular Homicide.

Grant is the second individual to be arrested for Godinez-Chavez’s death. Carlos Hernandez-Tecata was arrested the same night the incident took place and was charged with vehicular homicide, hit-and-run, and driving on a suspended license.
