Motorcyclist killed in crash in Hudson

The crash happened at 12:28 p.m. on Kitten Trail, just west of Giddyup Lane. Joseph Randall Darling, 58, of Hudson, was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson west on Kitten Trail when he tried to pass a 2005 Ford just as the Ford made a left turn, the Florida HIghway Patrol reports. Darling's motorcycle hit the left side of the Ford, then landed on the southern shoulder.
