Flagler woman critically injured when she was struck while riding a bicycle

A Flagler County woman was critically injured Wednesday when she was hit as she pulled out of a driveway riding a bicycle. Bailey Anne Cagliuso, 26, of Palm Coast was struck just before 7 p.m. on Felshire Lane at Fellowship Drive, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. She was struck by a southbound car driven by Kiara Hemby, 18, of Orangeburg South Carolina. Cagliuso was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach with life-threatening injuries, investigators said.
