Driver arrested in fatal hit-and-run on Orange Blossom Trail

The four-vehicle crash happened in the northbound lanes of OBT near Americana Boulevard around 3 a.m. The Florida Highway Patrol said the driver, identified as Valentin Oswaldo Sis Sis, 30, rammed into the back of a row of cars stopped at a red light. While troopers said the driver's car was badly damaged, Sis Sis managed to leave the scene. According to authorities, Sis Sis was caught a few blocks away, taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries and eventually arrested.

Brett Adams is my boyfriend. We've been together almost a year and were talking about getting married. My only question is did he suffer.

Brett will be dearly missed, he was the closest thing I had to a dad growing up. The man raised me as his own. My mom and him were together 12 years, and were supposed to get married, then he moved to Florida. He taught me how to ride a bke, was there to hold me after my first heartbreak and even deal with sleepovers and makeovers every weekend. I can not believe he died this way, I don't wish it on anyone. Forever in my heart, love always, your only daughter Any (:
