The Mustang, driven by 27-year-old George Justiniano, collided with the back of the pickup, pushing it into a median.

Hi Lynn, I just did online research and couldn't find further information on pending charges. It is common that the media does not do a report following up on the legal charges after a crash, but I will keep looking. Ingrid, Accident Data Center
