Gerard Hall, 63, killed in car collision with semi truck on Florida's Turnpike in Osceola County, Florida

At 11:58 a.m., a tractor-trailer driven by Rafael Contreras, 44, of Kissimmee, was driving alongside the Malibu and attempted to change lanes. The Malibu became lodged under the truck as both vehicles left the roadway and collided with a guardrail in the center median, the release states.
