Timothy Martin had been at the wheel of a 1994 Chevy four-door vehicle at 10:50 p.m. traveling westbound on U.S. 92 when the car left the roadway, struck a tree, overturned and caught on fire, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
