A man was killed and a woman and two children were injured in a accident Sunday morning which closed the Florida Turnpike's northbound lanes for several hours, troopers said. The Florida Highway said the accident occurred around 9:20 a.m. Sunday when an SUV overturned in the single vehicle accident. The man died on scene. The accident closed the northbound Florida Turnpike at mile marker 214 between Yeehaw Junction and Canoe Creek Road for over four hours Sunday. The roadway has now been re-opened.
