According to FHP, 70-year-old Phyllis South was killed in a crash on Mobile Highway and Erika Court, near the Escambia County Equestrian Center. South was driving her Toyota Camry west on Mobile Highway and 46-year-old Terrance Culliver was traveling east when South's vehicle entered the eastbound lane.
