FHP trooper, driver hurt in crash on I-95 in St. Augustine
Two FHP troopers were assisting another driver who was in a crash on Interstate 95 North just after the St. Augustine Outlet exit at the time of the incident. A woman didn't see the vehicle in front slow down amd rear-ended it, which caused her to veer off the road and slam into the troopers.
A crash sends two people to the hospital including a Florida Highway Patrol trooper crash Wednesday morning. Both troopers were in their vehicles at the time of the crash. One of the troopers, Colise Frazier, is hurt and complained of back pain and numbness to his extremities. Jessica Nash, who veered off the road is being treated for life-threatening injuries, said FHP.
