A moment later, two motorbikes came speeding toward the group. At least one of them "popped a wheelie." Then, she realized her younger cousin had never made it to the curb along with the rest of them.
The victim suffered from a broken pelvic bone, broken tailbone and a left broken leg, among other injuries and is currently in intensive care.
