Police identify pedestrian killed in Manchester

Police say 68-year-old Charles Miller, of Bolton, died after he was struck by a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe at the intersection of Main and Pearl Street. The driver of the Tahoe has been identified as 48-year-old Steven Wrona, of Manchester.
