South Windsor Man Sentenced In Crash That Killed Passenger
A 24-year-old man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter for causing a crash that killed one of his passengers was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison on Thursday, according to the court clerk's office.

One of the passengers. Sgt. Ryan Martin, a 25-year-old U.S. Marine from South Windsor, was transported to Manchester Memorial Hospital, where he died. Lincoln and another passenger, Konrad Kryla, 26, also of South Windsor, were transported to the hospital for treatment.
South Windsor Man Charged With Manslaughter in Fatal February Crash
Adam Lincoln, 24, of 115 Skyline Drive, South Windsor was charged with manslaughter in the second degree with a motor vehicle, assault in the second degree with a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to maintain proper lane.
Adam Lincoln was driving on Hillside Drive at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle, it left the roadway, and crashed into a tree. One passenger died and another seriously injured. Lincoln's blood-alcohol level was found to be more than twice the legal limit. He was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison for second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, second degree-assault, operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to maintain the proper lane.
