Woman struck by RTD train remains in ICU at Littleton hospital

A woman in her 70s was hit by a train while walking across the tracks A woman who was struck by an RTD train at Lincoln Station in Littleton remains in intensive care Sunday, according to Lone Tree Police. The woman, who is in her 70s and has not been identified, was walking across the train tracks when she was hit by an inbound train on Saturday. She remains in the intensive care unit at Littleton Adventist Hospital, said Kristen Knoll, a Lone Tree police spokeswoman. Lone Tree Police are investigating. "Our officers haven't had an opportunity to talk to her and don't have any specifics from anyone that was there about what happened," Knoll said.
