One Pedestrian Dead, One Injured in Oakley Crash: Police
The Oakley Police Department responded to the accident at East Cypress Road near Bethel Island Road about 2:45 p.m. Officers arrived to find the two injured pedestrians, one of which was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
