One Pedestrian Dead, One Injured in Oakley Crash: Police
The Oakley Police Department responded to the accident at East Cypress Road near Bethel Island Road about 2:45 p.m. Officers arrived to find the two injured pedestrians, one of which was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Kristina Salvitti, 50, of Walnut Creek, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter.
