Cynthia Ramirez Becerra, 14, from San Jose, died after a crash with a garbage truck where the vehicle she was in rolled a half-mile before catching fire early Wednesday on Coyote Street in Milpitas. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office confirmed that Cynthia died of "multiple blunt-force injuries due to a motor-vehicle collision." Authorities say it's possible that Cynthia could have been a passenger, although there is no evidence currently demonstrating another person in the vehicle. Cynthia was found some distance from the crash site on Abel Street and North Milpitas Boulevard where the vehicle was broadsided by an garbage truck. The driver of the garbage truck was not seriously injured.
