SR-52 Rollover Crash Turns Deadly, Traffic Alert in Effect

The deadly accident happened just before 6:30 a.m. at westbound SR-52, just west of Interstate 805. At least one person was killed in a rollover crash on westbound State Route 52 Friday morning after a black sedan drifted down an embankment and crashed into a ditch, officials confirmed. At around 7:50 a.m., officials issued a SigAlert at the eastboung SR-52 transition to southbound I-805. Investigating officers found the body of San Diego resident Taylor Skiffington, the county Medical Examiner's Office reported. It was unclear how long Skiffington had been dead.
