One dead in single-vehicle crash into tree at Victoria Park Lane and Base Line in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Sheriff’s officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver after the vehicle he was in smashed into a tree early Tuesday morning. The crash was first reported around 12:40 a.m. near Victoria Park Lane and Base Line, said Sgt. Tim Nichols with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Rancho Cucamonga station.
