Driver arrested for DUI after teen dies in Stockton crash

The crash happened around 2:20 p.m. in the 4900 block of Pacific Avenue, near Delta College and Weberstown Mall. Witnesses said a black Infiniti crashed into the passenger side of a white BMW.
