High winds topple at least 6 big rigs on 14 Freeway in the Mojave Desert, California

WINDS TOPPLE SEVERAL BIG RIGS ON 14 FREEWAY IN MOJAVE DESERT
At least half a dozen big rigs were knocked over by high winds on the 14 Freeway in the Mojave Desert Tuesday morning, California Highway Patrol officials said. The 14 Freeway was shut down between Avenue D in Lancaster to the Los Angeles-Kern County line after the gusting winds toppled the trucks. No injuries were reported.
