Runaway unicorn terrorizes streets of Madera, California

The pony bolted away from one of the party-goers around 5:30 p.m. and was reported by several drivers on different highways, according to California Highway Patrol. "The calls were coming in as a unicorn running around," said CHP Officer Josh McConnell.
Runaway ‘unicorn’ prompts police chase
Juliette was able to get away at about 5:30 p.m. She was seen darting in and out of traffic on Avenue 12 from about Road 33 all the way to Road 35.
“The calls were coming in as a unicorn running around out there on the roadway,” said Joshua McConnell with California Highway Patrol.
California Highway Patrol was able to locate the frisky pony in an orchard several hours later. A nearby resident helped officers approach and capture her.
