Officers say a Nissan pickup was heading northbound up the hill when the driver crossed into the wrong lane and crashed head-on with a Toyota.
Four dead, two injured in pre-dawn Millerton Road collision in Fresno County
The Nissan driver died at the scene. Vang suffered major injuries as did passenger Nao Y. Moua, 50. Three women in the back of the Camry were killed at the scene.

The collision took place when 64-year-old Ty Wood, 64, of Coarsegold, was northbound on Millerton in a 1995 Nissan pickup, and crossed double-yellow lines into the southbound lane south of Bellagio Road and collided with a 1998 Camry, driven by James Vang, 60, of Fresno.
